Hans Scholl tried to destroy this when he was arrested, but enough of it was found to match the handwriting with letters from Christoph found in the Scholls' apartment. Under questioning, Christoph Probst was forced to reconstruct it to the best of his ability. The following is a copy of what record remains of that.
